It’s been a long, hot summer and despite the heat, TxAPPS has been working tirelessly for its members. Our continuing quest for process server identification cards is almost complete.
First, while the card was in completion, TxAPPS had the design reviewed and approved by the JBCC. It was the JBCC’S specific request that all references to the Supreme Court be omitted from id cards, business cards, door hangers, etc. The final version has been reviewed and approved by our Board members and is currently being set up by our ID card partner, Diamond Business Services.
When the ID card rollout is announced the process of submitting your ID information and picture will be easy---just download the app for either IPhone or android phones and follow the simple instructions.
TxAPPS used our meeting with the JBCC as an opportunity to get to know the Executive Director Jeff Rinard, its legal counsel, and staff on a personal basis. We offered our knowledge and expertise of the process serving industry anytime we can be of service.
